How to Report an Issue

Before Reporting

Check if the issue has already been reported in the existing issues
Make sure you're using the latest version of the app
Try restarting the app to see if the problem persists

When Reporting an Issue

Please include the following information to help us resolve your issue quickly:

Privacy Note: Please do not include any personal information about players or team members in your issue reports. Use generic names if needed for examples.

Common Issues & Solutions

Timer not starting

Make sure you have players assigned to the field before starting the game. Tap on players in the bench section to move them to the field.

Players not moving between field and bench

The game may need to be paused first. Try pausing the game, then tapping players to move them.

App crashes on startup

Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Your data is saved and will be restored.
